Shipping Policy

Cup Vault currently ships within South Africa only.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door delivery, meaning your order will be delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of R89 applies to all orders.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 8–11 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Processing

Once your order and payment have been successfully received, we will process and prepare your order for shipment.

When your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided so that you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete when placing your order. Cup Vault cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you with tracking your shipment.
